About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled Ford Master Technician to join a busy and growing service team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles while providing technical leadership within the shop. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Ford systems, advanced diagnostics, and complex mechanical and electrical repairs.

Requirements

• Strong diagnostic and repair experience on Ford vehicles
• Proficiency with Ford factory scan tools and service information
• Experience with electrical diagnostics, engine performance, and drivability concerns
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

• Ford Master Technician Certification preferred
• ASE certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles using factory diagnostic tools and procedures
• Perform advanced repairs on engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex drive-ability and performance issues
• Complete manufacturer warranty repairs to specification
• Conduct inspections and recommend additional maintenance or repairs
• Maintain detailed service records and repair documentation
• Test-drive vehicles to verify concerns and completed repairs
• Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
• Follow all safety and compliance requirements
