Requirements

Ford Certified Transmission Technician required.
2+ years of experience as a Service Technician (Ford dealership experience preferred).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and transmission repair.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate complex electronic diagnostic equipment.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
A passion for learning and a commitment to professional development.

Ford dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform specialized transmission repairs with high efficiency and accuracy.
Utilize Ford-specific diagnostic tools and advanced service equipment to solve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
Execute all repairs under warranty to strict manufacturer specifications.
Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of repair needs and timelines.
Test-drive vehicles to ensure total functionality and safety after service is completed.
Stay up-to-date with evolving Ford transmission technology and repair procedures.
