About The Position
Lithia Ford of Roseburg is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform automotive repair and diagnostic work while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This evergreen posting invites candidates to express interest in future openings across the dealership network; there may not be an immediate opening. Pay starts at $39.00 per flat-rate hour and increases depending on experience and certifications. Four years of dealership or OEM experience is required. The position involves completing repair-order work efficiently and accurately in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards, diagnosing malfunctions, road-testing vehicles, and documenting work and test results. The technician is expected to acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications through required training. Candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Requirements
- Four years of dealership or OEM experience.
- Prior automotive technician experience.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, trucks, and vans, including vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
- Ability to navigate new technology.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence and an acceptable driving record.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
- Perform repair-order work efficiently and accurately according to Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions.
