About The Position

Elder Ford of Tampa is expanding its Main Shop Technician Team and is looking for Ford Certified Technicians. As a high-volume Ford dealership, they offer consistent work, great benefits, and top performers can earn up to $300,000 per year. They also welcome experienced domestic-brand technicians from Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or RAM dealerships. The job is onsite at Elder Ford of Tampa and reports to the Service Manager. Elder Ford of Tampa is part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, a Fortune 500 company.

Requirements

• Ford Certified Technicians
• Prior dealership experience
• ASE certifications
• 1+ years of experience with engine repair, transmission repair, electrical diagnostics, and warranty work
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

• Experienced domestic-brand technicians from Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or RAM dealerships
• Solid Line, Heavy Line, and Master Technicians
• Warranty, Diagnostic, and Drivability Technicians
• Desire to grow as an automotive technician
