About The Position

Elder Ford of Tampa is expanding its Main Shop Technician Team and is looking for Ford Certified Technicians. As a high-volume Ford dealership, they offer consistent work, great benefits, and the opportunity for top performers to earn up to $300,000 per year. They also welcome experienced domestic-brand technicians looking to advance their careers. This position is onsite at Elder Ford of Tampa and reports to the Service Manager.

Requirements

• Ford Certified Technicians
• Prior dealership experience
• ASE certifications
• 1+ years of experience with engine repair, transmission repair, electrical diagnostics, and warranty work
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

• Experienced domestic-brand technicians (Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or RAM)
• Solid Line, Heavy Line, and Master Technicians
• Warranty, Diagnostic, and Drivability Technicians
