Requirements
- Ford Certified Technician credential is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills related to Ford vehicles.
- Ability to read and interpret vehicle service manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience working in an automotive service environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections according to Ford standards.
- Use Ford-specific tools and equipment to accurately troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
