LMI seeks a Senior Force Management Operations Lead to support a Department of War mission partner J1 in designing and executing a Joint-wide workforce strategy for artificial intelligence, autonomy, cyber, digital, and acquisition talent. The lead runs sourcing actions across the Services, manages the nomination pipeline, develops non-traditional talent pathways, and builds data-driven workforce models aligned to operational demand. The ideal candidate understands both Joint manpower processes and the specialized talent required to operationalize emerging technology.
