About The Position

The DÔEN 2026 Internship Program is a paid project. This role supports the Footwear and Accessories Team in all functions, under the direction of the VP Design Director. The intern will assist in creating and preparing design presentation boards and decks weekly and seasonally, and help with the organization of samples. They will also assist the team in building and maintaining the reference archive, and in administrative tasks such as naming and numbering styles, colors, and artwork. Research for seasonal concept development, materials, trims, and color will be part of the role, as well as creating embroidery layouts and special detail call-outs and communicating them cross-functionally. The intern will assist in taking photos and notes in fittings, creating construction detail sketches, and executing sketch updates. They will also photograph samples, update the sample library chart, and maintain cross-functional Design documents. Building collaborative relationships cross-functionally with Development Teams and beyond is expected. Other projects as assigned will support the needs of the team.

Requirements

  • Experience working in CAD, Microsoft Office
  • Strong illustrator and photoshop (adobe creative suite)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Broad knowledge of fashion with a focus on vintage
  • Some knowledge of accessories
  • A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Action oriented and results driven
  • Must be able to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week; full schedule to be determined with supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Footwear and Accessories Team in all functions, under the direction of the VP Design Director
