About The Position

Assist the Football staff by taking video of practice and games. This role requires the student to be currently enrolled at Mount St. Joseph University and have work-study eligibility. The assistant will be responsible for recording game days and practices, handling all filming equipment appropriately, and ensuring equipment and workspace cleanup. Additionally, the assistant will upload video to the Hudl program and represent Mount St. Joseph University positively. The position involves annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year, or after the semester if they work only one semester.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University
• Work-study eligibility required
• Ability to work on own initiative, independently, and to deadlines
• Well organized, punctual, and reliable
• The ability to communicate sensitively and tactfully, both orally and in writing, with individuals at all levels within the University

Responsibilities

• Record game days and practices
• Responsible for handling all filming equipment appropriately
• Responsible for equipment set up and clean up
• Responsible for work space cleanup
• Represent Mount St. Joseph University in a positive and respectful manner
• Assisting with uploading of video to Hudl program
• Other duties as assigned
