About The Position
This position involves coaching football and potentially a second sport, with specific educational and certification requirements. The role requires knowledge of the assigned subject matter, curriculum, instruction, and University Interscholastic League (UIL) rules. The coach will be responsible for instructing and supervising student athletes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Valid Texas Teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject/level assigned.
- General knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
- Knowledge of University Interscholastic League (UIL) rules.
- Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes.
- At least 1 year of student teaching or approved internship experience recommended.
Responsibilities
