About The Position

This role offers an accelerated development opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Foot and Ankle medical device sales while working directly with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and experienced sales leaders. Candidates will train within the posted territory and must be open to relocation anywhere within the United States upon completion of training based on business needs. As a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate, you will support sales activities within an assigned territory, develop technical product knowledge, and assist in surgical case coverage. This role combines clinical education, customer support, inventory management, and sales development in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; OR Associate degree or healthcare-related certification (such as Certified Surgical Technologist, Physical Therapy certification, or similar) and minimum 2 years of professional or related experience; OR High school diploma and minimum 4 years of professional or related experience; OR Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service.
  • Ability to relocate anywhere within the United States upon successful completion of the training program.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to relocate nationally at the completion of training.

Responsibilities

  • Support surgical procedures by ensuring products, instruments, and implants are available and prepared for case coverage.
  • Educate surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff on product use, functionality, updates, and best practices.
  • Conduct customer visits within the assigned territory to support account needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Representatives to develop relationships with healthcare providers and support territory growth objectives.
  • Promote Foot & Ankle products by presenting product features, functionality, and differentiators to customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, build and maintain surgical instrument sets, and ensure product availability for customer demand.
  • Process customer purchase orders and support accurate documentation and invoicing activities.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare industry regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
