About The Position

Northwest Orthopedics, a thriving private orthopedic practice of 24 physicians in Spokane, Washington, is seeking a fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join their dynamic and independent group. This is an opportunity to shape your own future in a supportive, physician-owned setting that rewards self-investment and autonomy. The practice offers ownership and autonomy, allowing physicians to set their own schedules and workflows. Financial support is provided during the first year to help grow the practice. Ancillary services include two ASCs, three urgent care centers, in-house PT/OT, MRI, and DME, which serve as strong referral sources and provide additional income streams. Optional general orthopedic call is available but not required. Partnership buy-in is affordable with no Goodwill or Blue Sky costs, and there are real estate investment opportunities for long-term wealth building.

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Washington.
• Board-eligible or certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Medical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic surgery specializing in foot and ankle.
• Build and manage own practice within a supportive group setting.
• Participate in general orthopedic call if desired.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
