About The Position

As a Foodservice Worker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to employees and guests during designated dining hours. This role ensures a refined dining experience by adhering to high service standards, maintaining professionalism, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with the organization's values and expectations. Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with one-on-one customer service interaction
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor tables and anticipate member needs throughout the dining experience
  • Clear and reset tables between courses and after meals
  • Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and stocked
  • Handle member complaints or concerns with discretion and professionalism
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow all club policies, health regulations, and safety standards
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or private functions
  • Maintain a high level of member satisfaction and personalized service
