Requirements

Hospitality experience is desired
Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment
Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
Hospitality-driven
Able to work and thrive in a team environment
Brings a SMILE and strong work ethic to the TEAM

Nice To Haves

Culinary and Hospitality Grads
Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food

Responsibilities

Plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
Assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus
Ability to inventory and portion ingredients
Ensure patients and residents receive AMAZING in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles!
Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
Assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays with strong focus on HOSPITALITY and demonstrating compassion and amazing service to our guest Patients and Residents
