About The Position

Metz Culinary Management is growing and has openings for Culinary and Hospitality Team Members who share a passion for food and service. They are seeking team members for full and part-time roles, which is a great opportunity for Culinary and Hospitality Grads. Depending on the location, there are different types of Foodservice Worker positions available: Culinary Team Members: Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry. In a hospitality-driven, multi-dining outlet setting, duties include plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assisting in the kitchen with prep, dish room, dry stock, perishable food inventories, and sanitation. A strong work ethic, a SMILE, and enjoyment of working in a TEAM environment are required. Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef Menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally, assist in the kitchen with prep, dish room, dry stock, perishable food inventories, and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling is ideal, but they are willing to train the right person with a passion for food. Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service): Ensure patients and residents receive amazing in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles. Under the guidance of Clinical Dietitian staff, ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions. Servers assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery, and removal of food trays with a strong focus on HOSPITALITY and demonstrating compassion and amazing service to patients and residents.

Responsibilities
