About The Position

We are seeking a Foodservice Supervisor to support a dynamic food service operation built around fresh ingredients, scratch-made cooking, and exceptional hospitality. You'll help lead daily operations, develop team members, uphold food quality and safety standards, and ensure every meal reflects our commitment to REAL food and genuine service. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys working alongside their team and creating outstanding dining experiences for every guest.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional food service, culinary, or hospitality training preferred.
  • 2+ years of food service or hospitality experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Passion for hospitality, fresh ingredients, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including POS and inventory management systems.
  • ServSafe® Certification required or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily food service operations to ensure exceptional hospitality, food quality, and service execution.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of fresh, scratch-made meals while maintaining quality and consistency standards.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and product usage to control costs and minimize waste.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during meal service, addressing operational challenges and supporting team success.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and compliant dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
