Your role: You’re not just selling — you’re building partnerships. As our Food Service Sales Rep, you’ll drive growth by: Pursuing new business and turning prospects into raving fans. Managing relationships like a pro — solving problems, sharing insights, and keeping our customers ahead of the curve. Collaborating with procurement, operations, and our incredible customer success team to deliver on-point solutions. Staying sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Hitting your goals — and then setting new ones. Your Impact: Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential customers, initiate contact, and foster strong, ongoing relationships. Product Promotion: Present and sell our diverse product range to new and existing clients, tailoring offerings to their specific needs. Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms to achieve win-win agreements. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales objectives, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in foodservice or perishable product sales.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Self-starter mindset with the hustle to back it up.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to best support our customers.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
