About The Position

Wow Bao is seeking a highly motivated Foodservice Sales Manager to join our team. This role leads foodservice sales for the company and plays a key role across the sales, supply chain, and operations teams. This role will support through continued growth and the execution of sales strategies, account management, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for logistics and operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with poise.
  • Adaptable team player with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food industry.
  • The individual must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work independently in cross-functional teams to meet set goals.
  • Available to assist in special events such as Lollapalooza as needed.
  • This individual must possess excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with National and/or Regional Chain Restaurants
  • Experiences in calling on chain accounts and foodservice distributors are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new opportunities with national accounts to sell current or custom items
  • Develop sales opportunities with mainstream foodservice accounts with existing distribution
  • Work cross functionally to forecast demand on new and existing business
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings, food shows, tradeshows, etc. to promote products.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key accounts to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals.
  • Evaluate new market segments to develop sales strategies and market plans.
  • Responsible for product and service development to meet market needs.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and sales transactions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and budgets to top management.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor activity and products.
  • Performs other projects as assigned Ability to travel up to 40%
