Requirements

  • 5+ years of foodservice sales success, with experience managing major distributors (US Foods, Sysco, PFG), brokers, and regional accounts
  • Stable, progressive work history with measurable sales results
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data to drive decisions and strategy
  • Experience managing relationships at the executive level
  • Proven ability to grow accounts, launch initiatives, and manage territory performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) and CRM tools

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of food industry practices; familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and BRC is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own your region: Manage and grow distributor and broker partnerships across the Central U.S., with a strong emphasis on Chicago and its surrounding markets
  • Lead market development: Build strategic relationships with foodservice operators, regional chains, and chefs
  • Drive profitable growth: Develop and execute business plans that align with company objectives
  • Execute in the field: Conduct regular market visits, lead product samplings, and activate customer initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with R&D, marketing, and category teams on customer-facing strategies
  • Stay informed: Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to maintain Bridor’s competitive edge
