About The Position

The Foodservice Manager will lead by example, acting as a team player by fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members. This role involves assisting with the training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food and drink dispensers). Additionally, the role includes completing facility and equipment inspections with the Store Director and third-party inspectors.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Engage effectively with Team Members and provide outstanding customer experiences through strong communication skills.
Collected & Composed: Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service.
Effective Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

2+ years of foodservice management experience.
