This role serves as a Designated PIC (Person In Charge) and works in a self-directed manner to prioritize foodservice operations. The Foodservice Lead assists with coordinating staff activities to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, performs routine assignments, and ensures professional service standards. They monitor other staff for compliance with food code and food service regulations, provide leadership and support to team members, and follow established system-wide enterprise and department policies and procedures.
