About The Position
This role is responsible for receiving and stocking food-related items for the Park from outside vendors and distributors. Duties include pulling orders and delivering them to Food stands using company vehicles. The position also involves loading and unloading trucks using material handling equipment, attending Food Safety training, answering phones, and performing light housekeeping. Successful candidates must pass the Park VOP test and become certified as a forklift operator through the SFMM forklift certification.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid CA Driver's License
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Able to walk and stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Able to operate a motor vehicle
- Constantly walking, sitting, standing, talking, hearing conversation and acuity, seeing near and far, depth perception, color vision, grasping and using finger movement
- Frequently working in temperature change, extreme cold, heat, sun, wetness, humidity, and heights
- Working with fumes and dust
- All lifts over 51 lbs. require assistance from a co- worker or the use of a mechanical device
