About The Position

This role is responsible for receiving orders, picking and assembling products for various venues within the warehouse. The position involves delivering and offloading orders, managing stock rotation, and performing inventory counts. A key aspect of the job includes operating forklifts and other industrial equipment, ensuring daily inspections are completed, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role also emphasizes providing excellent guest service, adhering to food safety regulations, and upholding company safety policies. Team members are expected to contribute to a safe and secure environment, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Operators certification preferred but not required
• Food Handler certificate preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive orders, pick product, and assemble orders for venues. Verify orders for accuracy.
• Deliver and offload orders at correct venues via trucks, carts, or hand carts.
• Pick product off pallets or carts, verify order for accuracy, and rotate stock into venue.
• Pick up pallets, empty carts, racks, and totes and return them to the warehouse.
• Receive product at warehouse, verify Purchase Order, put away product, rotate stock, and replenish stocking locations.
• Count inventory as directed.
• Operate forklift and other motorized industrial equipment, complete daily vehicle inspections, and file appropriate forms and paperwork.
• Clean and maintain work area and all equipment in a neat and orderly manner
• Follows all applicable food safety requirements.
• Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.
• Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned
