Borderland Co-op is hiring a Food Store Manager at our Moosomin Food Store. Co-op does business differently. Requirements

• 6 – 9 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years experience leading leaders in a retail food environment.
• Experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service.
• Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• Believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management within the Co-op Retailing System will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful operation of the Moosomin Food Store, overseeing financial performance, inventory, staffing, safety, and customer service.
• Develop and support a high-performing team, maintain strong vendor relationships, and drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and customer loyalty initiatives.
