Supervises daily staff activities for the Food Services department. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • 3 years food service experience.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

  • Assists customers with food requests.
  • Prepares food, replenishes work stations and completes assigned kitchen activities.
  • Follows food safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
