The specialist will also function as the Food Services Supervisor in their absence. Maintaining sanitary conditions, operating kitchen equipment, and producing standard food products by accurately weighing and measuring ingredients are key aspects of this position. The role requires knowledge of food preparation and cooking materials and equipment, and adherence to safety protocols, including emergency evacuations. The specialist must also maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards.
