Full-time Food Services Manager
About The Position
The Food Services Manager is responsible for the management of the food services department and the delivery of food services in two of Centre’s Residential Reentry Centers in Fargo. This position hires, trains, and supervises Food Services Specialists, while also ensuring that all aspects of the kitchen, menu, and food preparation and storage meet the standards and guidelines as outlined in regulatory statutes, contracts, and FDA Food Code. Ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of experience in food services
- One year of experience in a supervisory role
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of computers, including use of the internet and Microsoft Office
