This role is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of a food service operation. The position requires basic knowledge of cafeteria operations, food service, and cash register use. The Food Services Lead I will direct and supervise staff according to the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
  • No Prior Experience Required
  • Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
  • Able to move quickly
  • Basic cash register
  • Food safety and sanitation knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation.
  • Has basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge.
  • Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.
