The Food Services and Dietary teams at Southern NH Medical Center are the heart of the medical center, providing a place of comfort for staff, patients, and families with hot meals, coffee, and a variety of courses. They ensure all dietary restrictions are maintained and uphold patient-centered values across all areas of the medical center. The Food Service Worker may work anywhere on the property where food is prepared, assisting in the setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables. The primary function includes the setup and assembly of meals from the tray line or kitchen, along with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
