About The Position
A healthcare facility in Tyler, TX is seeking a reliable and dependable Food Service Worker to join the team! This position involves assisting with cooking, preparing ingredients, assembling food items, serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role also includes setting up food lines, replenishing inventory, stocking service stations, and operating POS systems. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Requirements
- Related experience is required
- Must be available to work every other weekend
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities
- Assisting with cooking
- Preparing ingredients (peeling, slicing)
- Assembling food items
- Serving food
- Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Following health safety protocols
- Setting up food lines
- Replenishing inventory
- Stocking service stations
- Operating POS systems for payments
- Assist in other cafeteria areas as needed
