About The Position
This is a part-time Food Service Worker position. The role involves assisting with various kitchen duties, including food preparation, serving, cashiering, and cleaning. The position requires the ability to work independently and follow instructions, with frequent physical effort involved in lifting and standing. There will be regular interaction with associates and school children.
Requirements
- High School graduate.
- Knowledge of general kitchen work.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Able to use a computerized cash register.
- Able to work independently.
- Frequent physical effort demanded in lifting heavy containers, walking and standing.
- Ability to work under conditions of some discomfort due to heat and cold.
- Frequent contact with immediate associates and school children.
- Lifting heavy containers (Max 50 lbs) and trays.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine chores associated with using a cash register and counting money.
- Prepare paperwork.
