Requirements
- Food Service experience preferably in a hospital setting preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills and experience with customers and patients.
- Must have the State of Texas Food Handlers certification within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provides a high quality of service to patients, families, staff and customers in the preparation and service of meals.
- Utilizes correct food sanitation and food safety.
- Completes daily, weekend and holiday cleaning.
- Stocks food products using FIFO.
- Completes grocery storage following correct locations, FIFO, timeliness, removing dented or damaged product.
- Completes cleaning of equipment, ware washing, floors, walls according to the correct procedures.
