About The Position

The Food Service Worker will work in the Wallingford Elementary School kitchen and cafeteria for The Nutrition Group, a food service management company founded in 1975 that serves clients meals throughout the year and operates in seven states. The position includes cooking and food preparation, portioning and serving meals, maintaining sanitation, and supporting compliance with USDA, state, HACCP, and health department guidelines. The worker may also assist with cost monitoring and inventory controls.
