About The Position
The Food Service Worker is part of MultiCare’s Nutrition Services team and helps ensure patients, families, and visitors have positive nutritional health care experiences. The role includes cashiering and grill cook duties, serving a diverse population, and following safety procedures and regulations. The position is per diem with a variable shift at Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, Washington.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent is preferred.
- Obtain a current Washington State Food Handlers Card within seven days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in institutional or restaurant food service is preferred.
