About The Position

As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for food preparation and working in the kitchen at various stations such as Salad, Catering, Grill, Pizza, and Deli. You will also be responsible for serving food in the tray line, cleaning equipment and utensils, and collecting trash. Ensuring products are produced promptly under appropriate food safety guidelines and completing all documentation of time and temperature are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED; relevant work experience considered in lieu of
Minimum 1 year food service experience preferred; willing to train
ServSafe or be able to pass ServSafe within 60 days

Responsibilities

Food preparation & working in the kitchen at various stations (i.e., Salad, Catering, Grill, Pizza, and Deli)
Serving food in the tray line, cleaning equipment, utensils, and collecting trash.
Ensuring products are produced promptly under appropriate food safety guidelines.
Completing all documentation of time and temperature.
