Baptist Health is seeking a Food Service Worker for its Food and Nutrition Services department. This is a full-time position with a shift of 7 AM to 7:30 PM. The role involves preparing, assembling, and delivering patient meals while adhering to quality, service, infection control, and food safety standards. Responsibilities also include delivering supplies to patient floor kitchens, serving guests with positive customer relations, replenishing food and supplies, completing sanitation duties, performing dish room duties, collecting payments for guest trays, handling cafeteria transactions as a cashier, and setting up/serving meals for various dining outlets. The position supports high-quality food preparation and service, contributing to the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of customers. The role requires independent function, cross-training in food service responsibilities, and the ability to support the training of others. The estimated pay range is $16.00 - $19.49 per hour, depending on experience.
