About The Position
Adventist HealthCare is seeking a Food Service Worker to join their Nutrition Services team at Fort Washington Medical Center. This is a variable part-time position with a rotating shift, offering 20 hours per week. The role involves food preparation across various kitchen stations, serving food, cleaning, and ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- ServSafe or be able to pass ServSafe within 60 days
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year food service experience preferred; willing to train
Responsibilities
- Food preparation & working in the kitchen at various stations (i.e., Salad, Catering, Grill, Pizza, and Deli)
- Serving food in the tray line, cleaning equipment, utensils, and collecting trash.
- Ensuring products are produced promptly under appropriate food safety guidelines.
- Completing all documentation of time and temperature.
