About The Position

AVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a good candidate for the Cafeteria/Retail Food Service Worker position. This is a fast-paced entry-level position in the Retail Food and Beverage Industry within Aultman Hospital. The right candidate will possess excellent customer service, integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of the organization. They will maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team. This role involves anticipating customer needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues, and working with an exceptional Culinary Team. The position requires providing quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. A clean and organized workspace is essential, as is adherence to AVI operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, food handling, and safety.

Requirements

Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend in order to communicate.
