About The Position

Join our amazing Hospitality Team at Sewickley Academy. We are looking for an additional person who is available to work Thursday and Friday 9am-3pm with the opportunity of more hours to cover other open shifts throughout the week. These would be between Monday-Friday; hours could be flexible (6:30am-3pm). This is not mandatory, but if you'd like extra hours we would have them available at times. Position is prep, cleaning, dishes, and cashier. We'd love to add one more person to our amazing team! Requirements

Hospitality experience is desired
Must bring a strong work ethic
Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
Able to work and thrive in a team environment
Background checks and drug screening for all employees

Nice To Haves

Hospitality Grads
Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food.

Responsibilities

Prep
Cleaning
Dishes
Cashier
Plating
Set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
Assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
Prepare and present meals and presentations following Executive Chef Menus
Inventory and portion ingredients
Ensure patients and residents receive in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles
Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions
Assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays
