Gateway Regional Medical Center is looking for a Food Service Worker Ambassador to join our Dietary team. You'll be a friendly, welcoming presence for patients, staff, and visitors - helping prepare and serve meals, keeping the dining area clean and organized, and making sure every interaction reflects our commitment to genuine hospitality. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handler certification (must be obtained within 7 days of start date)
- Previous experience in food service, customer service, or hospitality preferred
Responsibilities
- Interact directly with patients, staff, and visitors to ensure a positive dining experience
- Assist with food preparation and meal service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
- Promote excellent customer service standards throughout the department
