Prepares and sells a variety of cook-to-order predetermined food menu items on a mobile food truck at prescribed Navy Exchange locations. This role involves operating a grill, microwave oven, and/or deep fryer, receiving and serving customers, operating a cash register, and driving the food truck to various locations according to a schedule. The position may also involve preparing cold sandwiches, slicing meats and cheese, and maintaining inventory and records. The worker adheres to customer service standards, traffic safety regulations, and works independently under general supervision.
