About The Position

This is a Part Time, Second Shift position with 16 hours per week. The role involves the preparation and delivery of off-scheduled patient services, ensuring high quality, good presentation, and a high level of customer service satisfaction while maintaining sanitary conditions throughout service and clean-up. The position also requires maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.

Food Handler card or Servsafe certificate preferred
High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

Prep work including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits, along with weighing and measuring designated ingredients.
Thoroughly wash pots and pans using established ware washing procedures.
Sweep and mop kitchen and dish room floors using proper procedures.
Properly store foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
Prepare items needed for meals.
Prepare hot and cold beverages, replenishing as needed.
Fill and replenish condiments and all assorted items on the line.
Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator while maintaining all safety standards.
Operate Cash Register.
Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
