Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion food items, beverages, and meal components following direction and proper measurements
- Set up serving carts, assemble trays, and place food items based on ticket information and diet needs
- Read and interpret dietary codes, check trays, and ensure meals match individual resident requirements
- Clean equipment, dining areas, dish machines, tables, and floors to maintain safe and sanitary conditions
- Document food usage, temperatures, meal counts, and assist with other required record keeping
- Deliver trays, transport carts, and assist with special event meal or decoration preparations
