You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized food service operation across multiple work areas.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare simple food and beverage items and assist with cutting and organizing ingredients
- Portion foods, place service wares, and check trays for accuracy during active tray line operations
- Clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, and work areas using approved procedures and chemicals
- Organize, label, and store food items using proper rotation methods and temperature checks
- Use kitchen tools, carts, and electrical food service equipment safely and correctly
- Load, deliver, and return food carts and supplies to assigned areas
