Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by following recipes, portion guidelines, and kitchen instructions
• Assemble trays accurately by using tray tags, portion tools, and menu details
• Operate kitchen equipment safely to support food preparation and service tasks
• Clean and sanitize food service areas, equipment, dishware, and work spaces according to procedures
• Move, store, and organize food items and supplies in kitchens, coolers, freezers, and storage areas
• Assist coworkers by helping with food preparation, delivery tasks, and supply distribution
