About The Position
Dairy Queen is seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable full-time and part-time Food Service Team Members to join their growing teams in Dubuque and Peosta, Iowa. This role offers a fun, fast-paced work environment where team members can make a difference, meet great people, and be part of a legendary brand. The starting pay ranges from $11 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and availability. Requirements

- Availability to work mid-day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Must be at least 14 years old
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is a plus, but it is not required.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and exceptional service
- Taking orders and processing cash and credit card transactions
- Preparing Dairy Queen's famous ice cream treats and menu items
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Stocking supplies and assisting with food preparation
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Helping create a welcoming environment for guests and coworkers
