The Shift Lead is responsible for performing essential duties with accuracy and maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires exhibiting and developing customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior, promoting high morale within the department and store through honest and open communication, and maintaining good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. The Shift Lead must comply with all company policies and provide professional examples for other store team members. A clean and organized department that promotes a great customer experience is also a key responsibility, along with maintaining adequate and appropriate department records.
