Momentum at South Bay is looking to hire a Per diem Food Service Supervisor. Weekend availability is a must. This role involves planning, assigning, and inspecting the work of Food Service Staff, scheduling and assigning staff, and preparing department payroll for data entry if required. The supervisor will also manage and maintain departmental budgets, oversee the storage and care of food and supplies, and ensure the cleaning of the kitchen, storage, dining areas, and equipment. Additionally, the role includes inspecting Residents' trays for consistency with the menu and coordinating food preparation for special events. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential to meet Residents' requests and needs.
