Responsibilities
- Prepares salads; cuts desserts; makes tea, jello, and sandwiches; and fills salt and pepper shakers prior to mealtime.
- Washes, chops, and cuts vegetables; opens cans and assists food preparation specialists in preparing foods prior to cooking.
- Measures and assembles ingredients.
- Washes dishes and pots.
- Performs duties that involve the cleaning and sanitation of the food service area.
