About The Position

TCH is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee cafeteria operations. This role involves direct supervision of personnel, managing food preparation, ensuring facility cleanliness, handling cash, and overseeing equipment maintenance. The position requires the ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks for access to the Phoenix National Guard facility, and applicants must possess a federally compliant Real ID. The role is part-time and requires one weekend of work per month (Friday-Sunday). Driving is also a requirement for this position.

Requirements

• 4 years of related work experience in a large-volume cafeteria setting
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Current AZ Driver’s License
• 39-month clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to pass background checks to gain access to the Phoenix National Guard facility
• Must possess a federally compliant Real ID
